POLICY COVERAGE

  • By using the WHY NOT exchange portal or requesting a return/exchange of any product, you agree to follow the rules outlined in this policy. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from transacting on this website.

  • Please be aware that this policy may be updated occasionally. We encourage you to review the return and exchange terms each time you use the portal.

  • We allow returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation via email and SMS. Our delivery partner will collect the item within 24-48 hours.

  • If pickup fails due to courier unavailability, you'll need to ship the item back yourself. Reverse logistics depends on the services available at your location.

  • Once the returned item reaches us and passes our quality review, your return or exchange request will proceed to the next step.

  • Exchange or return processing typically takes 7–10 business days.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll provide you with a gift card or exchange it for another item of your choice, which can be used on your next order.

  • For returns, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Worn, used, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Cancellations are only allowed before the order is shipped. Orders already in transit can’t be cancelled.

  • Prepaid orders are final. No refunds are offered for cancellations or returns. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued as gift cards valid for 6 months.

  • A 30-day review window is offered for quality issues like color bleeding or fabric damage.

EXCHANGE/RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You can submit a return or exchange request for your item if:

  • The item doesn't fit properly

  • The item has a defect

  • Some part or accessory of the product is missing

  • You may return or exchange products bought from us if the following required conditions are met:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, or tampered with.

  • All original tags, packaging, and any included accessories must be intact and unmodified.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition unless it has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The request must match the order and item listed in our records.

  • The product must not have any odors, stains, scratches, tears, or visible damage.
